FIT4MOM Cary/Durham would like to invite all local moms to try our exercise classes for a full week at no charge! Join us for up to 6 workouts for free and please stay after class to join in on the crafts and fun for the kiddos! Stroller Strides workouts include cardio, strength training, and abdominal work, plus songs and fun for little ones in their strollers (ages 6 weeks to around 4 years). This afternoon was simply amazing. We came together for a killer Meg workout, then relaxed with our friends! #Sweat4Texas was our community event to raise money for our FIT4MOM families in Texas who were devastated by Hurricane Harvey. Thank you, Salvio's Pizzeria and Duck Donuts for your generous and super-delicious pizza and doughnut contributions, every single person raved about the food! We also truly appreciate Pepsi (Jimmy & Sarah Cole) for the water bottles that were much needed on this hot day. You guys rock!

We RISE by LIFTING others. Please join us as we lift our Texas FIT4MOM sisters and families that have been impacted by the devasation of Hurricae Harvey. There are moms, dads, and children, just like us, that have lost so much. FIT4MOM Cary/Durham is hosting a fun afternoon for the community to raise money in support families impacted by the hurricane. 100% of money collected will go to Sweat4Texas. You can look forward to a communtiy Sweat4Texas workout followed by some great food courtesy of Salvio's Pizzeria, Duck Donuts-Cary, Pepsi and Whole Foods. Schedule: 3:45 - check-in 4-5PM - community workout 5-6PM Food and shopping, kids playtime (bring balls, lawn games, etc) Also present at the event: LuLaRoe Mary Doerr and Jodie Strong with Usborne Books and Cards for a Cause. Both vendors will be donating large percentages of their sales to Sweat4Texas, as well. Come ready to shop! The event is free. We just ask for a minimum $10 donation per family that will go to help FIT4MOM families, several of whom have lost their homes, in the following areas: Houston, Sugarland, Pearland, Clearlake, Tomball, Spring, Southeast Houston, West Houston, Galleria, Katy, & Corpus Christi. For the workout: Come with a stroller for your kiddos under the age of 5, older kids are welcome to follow along by your side. Dads, neighbors, friends and family are welcome, too!
