5K, 10K & Half Marathon Training for Moms

Spring Running Mamas Race Training begins in April! Join us for a 5K or 10K!

Moms of all ages and fitness levels are welcome! No experience necessary (for 5k training). Strollers welcome (but not required). Experienced runners welcome too-- our veteran running coaches can help you reach your running goals, run a new distance, or hit a personal record on race day!

Coached runs and clinics on running related topics are held every Saturday morning. We encourage our participants to form running groups to complete homework runs during the week. We all come together to cheer each other on at the 13.1 Series 5K and 10K in Raleigh after the session ends.
