Run Club 10k Training

Sessions are designed to help you go from running about 2 miles (or 15-20 minutes) at a time, to running a full 10k (6.2 miles), in just over 2 months time. Advanced training is also available for experienced runners looking to improve their race time or set a PR on race day.

Strollers welcome (but optional).
