Robyn and her sweet son, Archie, have been dedicated Stroller Striders since July of last year. They regularly attend classes and if you want to see a super-strong mama, look no further than Robyn! Robyn has shown so much dedication and love for FIT4MOM that she has decided to become a Stroller Strides instructor! Look for her to start teaching classes this Spring! Congratulations, Robyn!
Robyn is extremely hard working and is an inspiration to everyone around her. She has made great strides in fitness, motherhood, and life, and we are so thankful that she is an integral part of Our Village!

What does motherhood mean to you? Love. All the love bursting at every seam.
What is the furthest you have been from home?? Seattle, WA
What has FIT4MOM and Stroller Strides done for you (or meant to you)? What hasn't Stroller Strides done for me? It helped me get out of the house and make new AMAZING friends in a new place not only for me, but for my son. It's helped me be stronger, fitter and more confident than I have ever been. It has changed my life for the better.
What is your favorite exercise? Anything core related.
What is your proudest moment? Having a baby/Giving birth. I honestly didn't think I would make it through.
What are three of your favorite things (besides your family!)? Mexican food, sleeping and more Mexican food, please. Wait, baked goods, too. Can't forget the baked goods. I have a problem.
Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us or makes you unique. I just really don't like running. Like even a little bit. I try to run faster so I can get done quicker. Because running is awful.
If we asked your spouse what they think your best qualities are, what would they say? I asked him. "Your best qualities are your infectious smile and how much you care about everyone else in the entire world. You put other people before yourself in a way most people don't."
What advice would you give to moms looking to get back into shape? Just try Stroller Strides. Make that leap of faith with your first free class. Working out in a group setting with other strong and empowering women makes all the hard work, muscle burning/shaking and sweat worth it.
