What is Stroller Barre??
Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre methods, yoga and stroller-based exercises sprinkled with songs, rhymes, counting and fun that help keep the kiddos happy! This workout is designed to assit moms in building strength and muscle tone and improve posture, all while their little ones are in tow. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format! Along with focusing on building your strength and core, we work on your internal focus and aim to improve muscular imbalances we all experience as moms.
